Introduction GES 2010

The Global Economic Summit 2010, will be held in Mumbai from January 20-22, at the Taj Mahal Palace & Towers. To be inaugurated by HE Mr. S.C. Jamir, the Hon’ble Governor  of Maharashtra, this Summit throws open its portals to participants from countries as far-flung as Finland in the North to Australia in the South. 

The Summit will open on the evening of the 20th January with a special address by HRH Prince Michael of Kent, United Kingdom.

Each participating country will make presentations on the areas of growth potential and investment foresights.

The Summit speakers include experts in the fields of infrastructure such as Telecom, Ports, Roads & Power, Small & Medium-sized Business enterprises (SMEs), Financial Services, Agro & Food Processing  and Biotechnology.

The aim of this Summit is to usher in a new and improved course of action with cohesive cooperation and a thorough exchange of information and knowledge between developed and developing nations. Cementing an opportunity for trade and investment in each other’s nations and areas of interest is the ultimate goal of this Summit.
